My name is Lenka Fejt and I am a certified teacher and a voting member of the American Society for the Alexander Technique(AmSAT).
 
Several years ago, when I was first introduced to the Alexander Technique, I suffered from chronic neck and back pain due to
a personal injury. The Alexander Technique has since helped me
to improve overall my health and as a result I have been able
to reclaim my life.
I would like to share my experiences and knowledge of
the Alexander Technique with others so they can benefit as well.

"I have been taking lessons in Alexander technique from Lenka Fejt for about a year and half. As a commuter, I spend a great deal of time in the car and had for years experienced neck and back pain. In fact, having a stiff neck was the norm for me. Learning Alexander technique has made a huge difference, not only in helping me to sit correctly in the car and at the computer, but also to manage stress better.
